Hand drawn ink illustrations that represent flora and fauna from the four corners of North America, created for a series of Collaborative Chef’s dinners led by the Moffet Restaurant Group in Charlotte, NC. These ink drawings are inspired by traditional etchings and botanical illustrations, where depth and shading is accomplished by line weights and hatching. Each piece was drawn by hand on vellum, then scanned and digitized for use in menu designs and overall branding.
